These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ChatCooker website, browser extension and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or abusive.
• Do not use it to generate spam, harassment, or content that violates the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass the limits of the Service.
• Do not share a single account in a way designed to evade plan limits.

3. Plans, limits and payment

ChatCooker offers a free plan and paid plans. Each plan has a daily generation limit and its own set of features. Paid plans are billed for the billing cycle you choose. Manual payments are activated after we verify them; card payments are processed through our payment provider. Prices and plan features may change, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

4. AI-generated content

Replies are generated by third-party AI models based on the context and instructions you provide. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any generated content before you send it. ChatCooker is a tool to assist you, not a replacement for your own judgment.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the text you enter and the Memories you create. You grant us the limited right to process that content solely to provide the Service (for example, sending context to an AI provider to generate a reply).

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Planned maintenance may be announced on our status page.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for abuse.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatCooker is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
